Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original carton packaging – we do not accept returns of used or tested items. 

You will be refunded the full amount of the items, minus a $5 handling fee to cover restocking. We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in instances where the product is opened, used or tampered with.

If your order included free gifts, the cost of those gifts will be deducted from any refund if they are not returned with the product. The cost of all free items is displayed on each product detail page.

We are only able to accept returns from orders placed on this website with a valid order number. Please contact the original point of purchase for orders placed from other retailers.
